At the Table

Magic-Users are strongest when they can prepare for a problem before it becomes a crisis. Their spells can bypass obstacles, control danger, and reshape an encounter, but they are not built to survive prolonged punishment.

Pressure Points

Keep track of light, distance, memorized spells, and the cost of spending magical resources too early. A Magic-User who survives long enough to choose the right moment can change the shape of an expedition.
