Allows attacks to bypass a shield's Armor Class bonus at reduced damage.
When attacking a foe using a shield, you can choose to ignore the AC bonus the Shield provides to your target’s AC. When you do this, you reduce the damage dice by 1 step. Your opponent can still Shield Block the attack, even if you ignored the AC Bonus of their shield.
