Description
A scourge is a multi-tailed punitive implement rather than a normal battlefield weapon. Its several lashes can tear exposed flesh and curl around obstacles, but armor and disciplined weapon guards greatly diminish it.
Cross-Training
Characters at least Proficient with the Whip are Cross-Trained with the Scourge. When you are at least Proficient with the Scourge, you are Cross-Trained with the Whip.
